Column Selection Dialog

A common dialog which lets the user add/remove columns from the grid as well as control the placement of the columns.

Accessed when the user right-clicks on a column header and chooses Select Columns in the following locations:

Select the columns to display from the list and use the option buttons to the right to control the display of the columns.

Move Up	Moves the selected property up in the list and when saved, moves the column to the left in the properties grid.
Move Down	Moves the selected property down in the list and when saved, moves the column to the right in the properties grid.
Show	Only enables when you select a property that is not currently displayed in the properties grid. It enables the check box next to the property and thus displays the property as a column in the grid when saved.
Hide	Only enables when you select a property that is currently displayed in the properties grid. It disables the check box next to the property and thus hides the column in the grid when saved.
